Cervical screening is a simple test that checks for abnormal changes in the cells of the cervix. Finding and treating these changes can prevent cancer of the cervix developing.

The NHS offers regular cervical screening to women aged 25 to 64 who are registered with a GP. This test is important if you are a woman or trans man in this age group and:

  • have a cervix
  • have ever been sexually active with a man or woman. Please call and book your Cervical Smear test today.

Please have your babies vaccinated on time. Please talk to one of our brilliant Practice Nurses if you have any concerns or click on the link below for more information.

The NHS Health Check is a health check-up for adults in England aged 40-74. It’s designed to spot early signs of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes or dementia. As we get older, we have a higher risk of developing one of these conditions. An NHS Health Check helps find ways to lower this risk. Please call now to book this.
